1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
In short: We collect personal information that you provide to us. We collect personal information that you voluntary provide to us when tou register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Services, or otherwise when you contact us.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than the period of time in which users have an account with us.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

By using the Services, you represent that you ate at least 18 years or that you are the parent or guardian of such minor and consent to such minor dependent´s use of the Services. If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or UK data protection authority.
Withdrawing your consent: If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, which may be express and/or implied consent depending on the applicable law, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before is withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

11. CONTROLS FOR DO NOT TRACK
FEATURES Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do Not Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
12. DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclose to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediate preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make sure a request, please submit your request in writing to us using the contact information provided below.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with Services you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on the Services. To request removal of such data please contact us using the contact information provided below and include the email address associated with your account and a statement that you reside in California. We will make sure the data is not publicly displayed on the Services, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our services (e.g backups, etc).

Right to request the deletion data – Request to delete
You can ask for deletion of your personal information, if you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may be required to protect (against illegal activities).

Right to Limit Use and Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information
We do not process consumer´s sensitive personal information.
Verification process
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the information in our system. These veriication efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information you have previously provided us. For instance., depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain informationso that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a communication method (e.g. phone or mail) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.
We will only use personal information provded in your request to verify your identity or authority tomake the request. To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you fro the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purpose of verifying your identity and for the security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as we finish verifying you.
Other privacy rights
- You may object to the processing of your personal information
- You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the information
- You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.
- You may request to opt out from future selling or sharing of your personal information to third parties. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we will act upon the request as soon as feasible possible, but no later than fifteen (15) days from the date of the request submission.

13. DO MEXICAN RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
In short: Yes, if you are a resident in Mexico, you are granted rights to access, rectify, cancel or oppose (the “ARCO Rights”) regarding access and treatment to your personal information.
You have the right at all times to access, rectify, cancel or oppose the treatment we give to your personal data (the “ARCO Rights”), as well as to revoke the consent given for the treatment of the same; a right which you may exercise through the Special Unit for the Protection of Personal Data of GenLoyal LLC, whose details appear below. It is important that although the exercise of your ARCO Rights is free of charge, GenLoyal LLC may charge you for justified shipping costs and reproduction costs.
This request must contain at least your name, full address or other means of communicating the answer to your request, documents proving your identity and specifying clearly and precisely the personal data from which you are requesting access, rectification, updating or cancellation, the elements or documents in which the personal information can be found and indicating the reasons why you wish to access your personal information, or the reasons why you consider that your data should be updated, rectified or cancelled.
At the same time, in order to limit the use and disclosure of the personal information, you may additionally register with the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising or Public Registry of the Consumer (Registro Público para Evitar Publicidad o Registro Público del Consumidor), which is in charge of the Federal Consumer Protection Office (Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor), which guarantees that the personal information is not used to receive advertising or promotions by the companies of the telecommunications, tourism and commerce sectors, in their marketing practices. In addition, we ask you to consider that it is possible that GenLoyal LLC may deny access to the personal information or may not be able to rectify, cancel, block or grant opposition to the processing of all your personal information in accordance with the laws applicable to you, particularly in the following cases:
- When the applicant is not the holder of the personal information, or the agent is not duly accredited to do so;
- When in its database, the personal information of the applicant is not found;
- When there is a legal impediment, or the resolution of a competent authority, which restricts access to the personal information, or does not allow the rectification, cancellation or opposition thereof, and;
- When the rectification, cancellation or opposition has been previously made.
We will inform you within a maximum period of fifteen (15) days from the date on which we receive the request for access, correction, cancellation or opposition, of the determination made, so that, if appropriate, it becomes effective within fifteen (15) days from the date on which the response is communicated.
We inform you that you may initiate the procedure for the protection of ARCO Rights, before the National Institute of Transparency, Access to Information and Protection of Personal Data (Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales), within fifteen (15) days from the date on which your request has been answered and this is not satisfactory to you, or, if the term indicated has elapsed, your request has not been answered.
